The ZEROS System when used to consume
solid waste, scrap tires, low grade fuels and coal becomes
a very efficient process for generating electricity or water
purification. The oxidation process recovers a much higher
percentage of recoverable heat by nature of its process than
do other systems that utilize ambient air in the combustion
process. There are also operating cost advantages by virtue
of not have to process and control large amounts of stack
gas pollutants.
All effluents from the processing of waste material are
either reintroduced into the process or are removed from
the process as a commercial byproduct for sale. The main
products from the process are purified carbon dioxide and
distilled water. The system has no smoke stack therefore
discharges no smoke. The system uses no ambient air that
is rich in nitrogen therefore the system discharges none
of the NOx group. The ZEROS system is the only system tested
that has demonstrated 100% destruction efficiency of treated
waste.
The Zeros System technology is state of the art and it has
been tested under operational extremes. The ZERO-emission
energy recycling oxidation system is exempt from air and
water quality permitting in the United States and has been
permitted for construction and operation in Mexico. The system
is also compliant with the terms of the Kyoto accord. These
permits and exemptions are available because the system has
been certified as non-incineration and has no emissions.
Since the process sequesters carbon from being released to
the atmosphere, the Zeros system is eligible to receive and
trade carbon credits as now allowed under the Kyoto protocol.
With no emissions and the energy optimizing benefits of
the ZEROS System coupled with the sale of valuable process
by-products, the net cost of producing a kilowatt of electricity
with the ZEROS System is considerably less than producing
electricity by traditional systems.
